The prices being achieved at auction for original Helmut Newton prints continue rise.

On May 31st 2007, one of the famous, larger than life prints from the Big Nudes series (Big Nude III) was sold by Christie's of London for US$ 378.816. This is the highest price ever paid for a Helmut Newton print.

Five Big Nudes hang above the grand staircase in the lobby of the Helmut Newton Foundation, which occupies the ground and first floor of a former Prussian military casino. Since opening in June of 2004 the foundation has had over 425.000 visitors.
